The best way is to focus on one affiliate product and concentrate promote on the product. Very fast you will start seeing you making a very good profit just from the individual affiliate product. Many affiliate marketers choose not the buy the affiliate product they promoting are because they want to save money. But to promote effectively, you always need to try out the product you promoting first before you can even convince your customer to trust you and buy from you.
Try the product or the service first before you start promoting to find out whether the product you promoting delivering what it promise. After trying out, then you will be the first credible and live testimonial to your customers. This gives your customers the confident and trust in you which is very important in affiliate marketing. And this will make them willing to try out themselves.

Affiliate Marketing involves three roles,Merchant, Affiliate and Affiliate Network. Merchant is the person who developed the product or service then Affiliate help to promote Merchant’s product and earn commission for every sale the Affiliate had made. Affiliate Network is the third party which brings both merchant and affiliate together. I will explain their role more in the later part.

Once you create account, you can choose to be merchant or affiliate or even be both roles. It is all up to you.
As a merchant,
1) You are the one who operates and maintains the affiliate program. You need to do the researching part of the market you want to target and create a product that can help to solve the problem for the targeted market.
2) You need to create advertising tool for your affiliates such as banner, sale page, and any tools you want to create to help your affiliate.
3) Lastly, you are the one who decide how much you willing to pay your affiliate. Recommend percentage is 60-75%.
Next is affiliate,
1) You are the web site owner which promotes the merchant’s product. Your website topic must be related to the product you are promoting.
2) Your website is the site that gives knowledge about the market you choose and convince that the product you are promoting will help them.

Setting correct pricing is one of the most important components to increase your sale in eBay. Because eBay is an auction site and pricing plays very important role like how much you set it, what is the maximum starting bid and how you use your pricing to attract people look into your list and etc….
In eBay, there are four types of pricing you can set for the eBay auction: ‘starting bid’ price, ‘buy it now’ price, ‘reserve’ price and ‘shipping’ price. Out of these four pricing, ‘starting bid’ price is a must to have for eBay auction, and ‘buy it now’, ‘reserve’ and ‘shipping’ are optional.
I am sure everybody don’t have problem with ‘starting bid’ price, but I have one tip for you guys, your starting bid set as $0.01. This technique is very powerful, as it attracts people attention which means more views, when there are more views means more bids on your listing. Don’t worries about selling your item under price at the end, because your item will be sell at the price it is worth.
Next is ‘buy it now’ price is very straight forward. You set the price that you want to sell, and buyer can immediate buy the item without waiting for the listing to end. This pricing is optional, but it is recommend that to put when you know how much your item worth.
Next is ‘reserve’ price, this pricing can save many eBay sellers from making great loss in their items. In the earlier part I mention about ‘start bid’ price starts at $0.01, and this ‘reserve’ price can help you get rid of the problem that selling your item way below the item worth and make a great lost.
Last is shipping price, many buyers take this as one of the important factor to bid or buy your item. You can increase the number of bidders in your item by offering them free shipping. Make sure your buyers know that you are offering free shipping by include in your item’s description.
Before you list your item, make sure that you know how much is your item worth in order to maximize your profit and always set the correct pricing to increase your bidders.

I noticed that new internet marketer or online business owner having lot of problem or struggling to get traffic to their site. Or paying lot of money for traffic to their site.
So I specially created this post to list down 5 ways to drive traffic to your website.
1. Article writing – write article related to your blog / website topic and submit to article directories. You can do simple ‘ article directories’ or ‘article submission’ search on Google and submit your articles to them.
Remember to include your link back to your website so that they can visit your website to find more information and this help to increase your search engine ranking too.
2. Forum Marketing – find few forums that are related to your website topic and be active by answering questions or posting post that can help other people by providing useful information. This will help you build credibility and popularity of yourself in the topic field. And the best part is you are communicating with your target audiences.
Put in the link of your site if possible, but do not spam on every post or reply. Remember to edit your signature and include your website link.
3. Yahoo! Answer – similar to forum marketing, but this is by answering questions and helping them solve their problem. Search for questions that related to your website topic, and you will find your target audience. Help them solve their problem, and include your site as the source. When I mean include your site link as the source means your site do have the informations that solve their question! If not you will have bad reputation as spammer or get ban by Yahoo!
If your answer is chosen as the best answer and the source is your site link, this will give you really good quality backlink to your site which did great help in your Search Engine Ranking.
4. Guest Blogging – Use Google to find blogs that related to your site topic. Post quality comment to their post. When I mean quality comment means not those 1 or 2 phrase or 2 sentences comments. I mean useful comment such as provide additional tips and guides to the blog post.
5. Social Marketing – Make use of your social network site as such Facebook, twitter, MySpace and other popular social site. I am sure there are people in your contact list are interested in your website or products. But don’t keep spamming or promoting your website, control your limit.
These are the five simple ways for driving traffic to your website. Remember commitment is important and don’t expect overnight result. You need consistency to success and soon you will see the result.
